Return Policy

BT Journal Subscriptions

If dissatisfied with your BT Journal, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You will be refunded for the amount of your unused portion of your subscription, rated at $7.00 an issue. Refund is in the same method as payment.

Print Orders

There are no refunds for prints if they are returned. Since they are autographed and archival prints, all sales are final.

Photopacks

Photopacks can be returned if it is done so within 30 days of receipt and is returned in new condition with all accessories included. Return Authorization must be obtained prior to returning in order to receive a refund.

Warranty
Photopacks are guaranteed against any material or workmanship defects for as long as you own the bag. Problems from abnormal wear or abuse, determined by the manufacturer and/or distributor is not guaranteed and all repairs are the responsibility of the bag owner. Any damage caused to gear being transported by our photopacks caused by any reason is not covered and is not the responsibility of the manufacturer or distributor.
